SolidWorks Designer
Steve joined the BE Group in 2005 as an apprentice Sheetmetal, spending 3 years as welder, before moving into a sheet metal calculation role in the last year of his apprenticeship. 

For the next 10 years Steve played a key role in the calculation and processing of our switchboards.
In 2018, he progressed into a 3D CAD modelling role using SolidWorks, bringing his extensive production knowledge into our design team in his new role as a SolidWorks designer.

Over the past 2 years, he has been working with our team to modernise our switchboard design and maintain our high quality standards. 

Steve is a natural problem solver and relishes finding new solutions built on his two decades of experience with the BE Group.
